IFI’s Pulse Jet Bag Filter design is highly versatile and provides excellent separation efficiency. The key features include CAN-velocity based design, differential pressure-based cleaning, easy bag replacement due to snap-band design, dust handling capacity up to 1000g/m3, capacity for explosive dust handling. Every inlet is tested for uniform distribution of the gas using high-end CFD analysis. This ensures uniform loading & reduced abrasion of the bags.

Pioneered by IFI, this is a cost-effective solution for bag filter capacity augmentation. In this solution the height of bag filter is increased, using the existing casing to its fullest extent, and fitting a self-contained capsule on its top. This capsule comprises of a factory assembled tube sheet, side casing, blowpipes, pressure header, solenoid valves and roof doors. The increase in usable height effectively allows the bag filter to handle increased gas volumes resulting from plant capacity augmentation.
